Concept & Inspiration
The composition draws inspiration from Mola textile art — an Indigenous Latin American tradition known for vibrant layering and intricate detail — reinterpreted here in a contemporary mural language that’s both bold and accessible.
The piece invites open interpretation, allowing viewers to find joy in the surreal forms while recognizing deeper messages of unity, environment, cultural harmony, movement, and youth. Strategically located in a highly visible corridor, the bold palette and graphic clarity are optimized for maximum impact at a distance, while layered meaning rewards close viewing.
